Do I have to buy a ticket for a child under 2 years of age?

 

Children under the age of 2 must be seated with their parent in the front of lower tier blocks.

Can I take alcohol into the stadium?

 

NO alcohol may be brought through the gates into the stadium concourse.

 

Can I have a picnic in the car park?

 

You may have a picnic from the back of your car/mini bus. Generators and BBQ’s are NOT permitted and no money may exchange hands.

 

I have already purchased tickets and need to buy more, will these be allocated next to the tickets I already have?

 

Tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis. Every effort will be made to allocate additional tickets as close to the original allocation as possible.

 

What age is a junior ticket valid up to?

 

Children must be under the age of 16 on the day of the match.

 

I have brought tickets and wristbands through a Corps, will my wristband get me into all the Corps bars?

 

NO. Your wristband will only permit you access to the Corps bar you purchased your ticket from. If you wish to go into another bar you will need to buy tickets from the respective contact. This is due to every bar having a maximum capacity.

 

How do I get wristbands to go in my Corps Bar?

 

You will find all the contacts for the Corps bars on the Corps Bar Contact page.

 

I’ve lost my tickets, what should I do?

 

Please contact the ARU ticket line on 01252 334415 and duplicates will be arranged to be collected on the day of the match.

 

I am collecting my tickets on the day, where do I go?

 

Please collect your tickets from the ARU Shop trailer in the West car park at least an hour before kick off.

 

Why can’t duplicate tickets be posted to me?

 

The RFU will only issue duplicate tickets once, to avoid any postal delays or losses, duplicate tickets must be collected from the ARU Shop Trailer in the West car park on the day of the match.

 

My tickets were lost/stolen, I have duplicates but what if someone is sitting in my seat?

 

When a duplicate ticket is issued it automatically overrides the original. If someone is sitting in your seat do not approach them yourself, get assistance from a steward.
